Welcome to J SUSHI, we would like to introduce you to our favorite proverb いちごいちえ (ichi-go ichi-e). “Ichigo ichie” can be translated literally to “once in a lifetime” or “for this time only,” but what it means to us is that each meeting – every experience we have is a unique treasure that can never be repeated in the same way again.
